Wire & Cable Industry
ASACO has traditionally been manufacturing high-quality Industrial machinery for World leaders in various fields under license from these companies. Most of these machines are for the Indian market and few machines have also been manufactured and delivered to International clients of our Collaborators.
In collaboration with Niehoff, Germany (from 1985-2003) and Maillefer, Finland/Switzerland, more than 350 indigenously manufactured Cable manufacturing lines were delivered to all leading Cable manufacturers like Sterlite, Finolex, HCL, RamRatna, Anchor, V-Guard, thus modernizing and introducing state of the art technologies to Cable manufacturing for the first time in India.
Wire production lines complete for Copper (from 8mm down to 0.02mm drawn on Rod Breakdown lines to Super Fine Drawing lines) all manufactured by us under license of the number one European manufacturer of these types of lines.
Upstream and downstream equipment for different types of Wire/ Cable Extrusion lines, Stranding lines, etc. manufactured by world-renowned European manufacturer MAILLEFER, Switzerland/Finland.
STEEL INDUSTRY - TENSION LEVELLING LINES
Fully automatic finishing lines from GEORG, Germany delivered to leading Steel plants like Salem Steel Plant. Hi-tech Tension Levelling lines for Stainless steel in collaboration with REDEX, France were manufactured and delivered jointly by REDEX-ASACO to Salem Steel Plant, Jindal Steel-Hissar etc.
